How can we help?
Quick answers for logging time, setting reminders, understanding reports, and keeping your data under your control.
Get started
Set up your activities
Open Settings, choose your activity period, and add the activities you want to track. You can customise each activity with a name, icon, colour, and Repeat behaviour.
Log with one tap
On the Log tab, tap the activity that matches what you are doing. The current period is recorded immediately, and you can review or edit the timeline later.
Fix missed or blank periods
Open the timeline from the Log screen to review earlier periods. Tap a period to assign an activity, leave it blank, or correct a selection. This lets you fill in time retrospectively without changing your other entries.
Reminders are not appearing
- Open Settings and make sure reminders are enabled.
- When prompted, allow notifications for Easy Time Tracker: One Tap.
- If notifications were previously blocked, open your device’s system notification settings and allow them there.
- Reminder notifications are scheduled locally on the device. They do not require an account or remote push service.
Understand your reports
Open Reports and switch between day, week, month, and year views. The report totals and percentages are calculated from the timeline entries stored on your device. Changing the report range does not change your logged activities.
Your data and privacy
Easy Time Tracker: One Tap works without an account. Your activities, timeline entries, reminders, and report preferences are stored locally on your device. The app does not send your activity history to a server.
To remove all locally stored app data, delete the app or use your device’s app-storage controls where available. Read the full Privacy Policy for details about local storage, deletion, notifications, and the information the app does not collect.
Contact support
For help that is not covered here, contact the publisher through the support contact listed on the Easy Time Tracker: One Tap App Store product page. Please include your device type, operating-system version, app version if available, and a short description of the issue.
